I pinched a nerve in neck per doctor about 3 weeks ago and pain comes and goes in neck and right arm. Doing chiro and phiso.
One of the other symptoms is loss of chinups. 3 weeks ago I could do 8 ton 10 chin up a set. Now can't do 1 even when not in pain.
This going to be my new reality? I am told several months to heal the nerve but currently the loss of strength so rapidly is very alarming
